Are these for sale?

You will be wondering whether the pieces posted here are for sale. Commissioned pieces are definitely not for sale. As for others, some are still available while some are not. Because I am not as prolific as I would like to be, pieces are sold faster than I can put them up. Also, some pieces can be re-ordered. It would of course depends if I still have the same stones as I do not stock a lot of the same type. If you like any pieces, just drop me a mail!

Payment Terms

1. All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit shall be made payable to “Chan Pik Dzee” and shall be deposited or transferred into Account No. 2141-38000-46995 held with RHB Bank Berhad, Malaysia.

2. Item(s) shall be marked "Reserved" pending payment and will be released for sale again in the event that payment has not been made within three (3) working days of being informed to do so by the Seller.

3. The price stated on the items for sale is exclusive of shipping charges and/or insurance.

4. Any other costs or charges imposed by any authority of the recipient country (for international buyers) shall be fully borne by the Buyer.

Shipping & Handling Charges

1. Items will be shipped within three (3) working days (unless otherwise informed) via courier service (because there is nothing so disappointing as to not receive and item that you have paid for). The consignment note number shall be forwarded to the Buyer for tracking purposes.

2. The cost of shipping shall be informed to the Buyer.

3. All shipment will not be insured unless otherwise requested by the Buyer and such additional cost shall be borne by the Buyer.

Disclaimers

1. Every care will be taken by the Seller to ensure that the item(s) will arrive intact to the Buyer. The Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damaged item(s).

2. Colours of the image of the items as appear on the computer screen may vary from the actual in terms of depth or intensity as these photos are not taken by professionals. The actual colours are often lighter than that appears on the photo.
